Thank you for choosing us for your tattoo removal journey. To ensure we can provide the highest level of service and maintain a fair schedule for all our clients, we adhere to the following policies regarding product sales and appointments.
Product Returns
All sales of skincare products, numbing creams, and aftercare kits are final.

No refunds will be issued for products once they have been purchased or removed from the premises.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. we understand that schedule changes are sometimes necessary; however, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

48-Hour Notice: Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Same-Day Cancellations: Any appointment cancelled on the day of the scheduled service will be charged 100% of the service cost.

No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notification will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.
A legal disclaimer
Tattoo removal results vary significantly from person to person and depend on factors including ink type, ink depth, tattoo age, skin type, placement, and individual healing response. While we use proven laser technology and follow industry best practices, we cannot guarantee complete removal, a specific number of sessions, or a particular outcome.
All treatment plans and session estimates provided during consultation are approximations based on our professional assessment and are not guarantees. Some tattoos may only achieve partial fading, and certain ink colors may be more resistant to removal than others.
By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the potential risks, limitations, and expected outcomes, and that individual results may differ from examples shown in marketing materials or discussed during consultation.
Refunds are not provided for treatments already rendered, nor for dissatisfaction with the rate of fading or final results, as these outcomes are influenced by factors beyond our control. Please review our full Refund Policy for details on cancellations and package adjustments.
